Hickey Construction Limited (HICON) is a leading civil construction firm based in Happy Valley–Goose Bay, Labrador. Established in 1976, the company is owned and operated by brothers Terry Hickey and Travis Hickey, representing the next generation of leadership and a continued commitment to excellence in civil construction.


HICON specializes in civil construction works, including earthworks, site development, excavation, demolition, underground infrastructure, and aggregate production. The company also provides structural steel supply and fabrication services, supporting both standalone scopes and integrated project delivery.
